A memorial service for Paul Edward Hawk Jr., 57, a Minden resident for the past two years, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Gall's Catholic Church in Gardnerville.
Mr. Hawk died Nov. 16, 2003, at U.C. Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. He was born Dec. 19, 1945, in Lynn, Mass., to Paul E. Sr. and June Brown Hawk. Before moving to Minden, he lived in San Jose, Calif., for 25 years.
Mr. Hawk was a service support manager in the electronics industry for more than 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1984 and mother in 2002.
Among his survivors are his wife, Sandy of Minden; sisters Jill Cooney of Maine and Lynne Leonardo of Rhode Island; and brother, Wayne of Connecticut.
