Interplex International LLC of Carson City, a data integration company, said it's been approved as a vendor through a program that allows government agencies to purchase its service without the competitive bidding process.
The program known as FOCUS Fast Open Contracts Utilization Services is overseen by the County of Merced in California.
It's available for use by more than 60,000 government agencies in the United States.
