Syncon Homes will open its 62-home L'Adagio community in Douglas County this week.
The homes, which are priced from the high $300,000s, are off Highway 395 on South Sunridge Drive and Dog Leg Drive in Minden.
Syncon has been developing homes in Douglas County since 1989.
