Horus Ventures, LLC of Carson City and RedHawk Vision, Inc.
of Costa Mesa, Calif., recently rolled out a software product that creates still photographs from video.
The software, called Paparazzi, uses multiple video frames to create a photo image files.
The software uses technology originally developed for NASA.
