Obituary: Leland 'Lee' B. Currier

Burial for Leland "Lee" B. Currier of Carson City will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Fernley.

Mr. Currier died Sept. 8, 2003, in Carson City. He was retired from the State Printing Office and worked as a representative for Sen. Harry Reid's Carson City office.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and fought during the Korean War.

His is survived by his wife Mary Ellen Hewlett Currier of Carson City.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Donations in his name may be made to a charity of choice.
