Construction will begin this autumn on a 30,000-square-foot building in south Reno to be leased by the U.S.
government.
CBAR, LLC said it purchased 4.36 acres in the South Meadows Business Park and will build the offices for lease to federal agencies.
CBAR's contractor, VRG Construction, will begin construction within 60 days.

represented the buyer and he will be selling the building as a leased investment sale.Lance Gilman represented the seller of the 4.36 acres.
