Granite Construction, Inc.
has hired four new project engineers in the company's Reno and Carson City locations.
Derek Pfeifer, who received his degree from Montana Tech, was hired as Reno project engineer.
Marc Thoreson, who earned his degree at Oregon State University, was hired as Carson City area project engineer.
Will Hellickson and Rex Avila will both be working as project engineers on the I-80 site.
Hellickson graduated from the University of Arizona and has been with Granite for the past year in its Arizona branch.
Avila earned his degree from the University of Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo.
