Kingdom Ventures Inc.
said last week it lost $1.1 million on revenues of $1.5 million for the quarter ended July 31 compared with a loss of $131,673 on revenues of $861,330 in the same period a year ago.
The Minden-based company provides Christian products and services.
Gene Jackson, the company's president and chief executive officer, said the quarterly loss was largely the result of acquisition-related costs.
Also contributing to the loss, he said, was the exercise of warrants by consultants to the company.
