Grubb & Ellis closes several leasing deals

Grubb & Ellis|NCG recently closed several real estate transactions, including the lease of a 15,000 square foot space located at 300 E.

Second Street next to The Call Center and the sale of two 4,776 square foot office buildings in the Southwest Professional Center.

In three projects located at 1755 E.

Plumb Lane, a 1,554 square foot space, was leased to R & K Homes; a 812 square foot space, was leased to Willis Affinity; and a 996 square foot project, was leased to Ticor Title.

A 3,200 square foot space located at 6121 Lakeside Drive was also leased to Ticor Title.

In the retail market, a 1,400 square foot lease was negotiated at 1257 Baring Boulevard to All Tech Computers.

In the industrial market, a 1,600 square foot project at 1585 Greg Street was leased to Artesana, LLC.
