DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, spinach salad, zucchini, apple, garlic bread.

Tuesday: Ham hocks and beans, zucchini, cornbread, pineapple with cottage cheese.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, peaches.

Thursday: Cornish game hens, wild rice, asparagus, pears and Jell-O, roll, cake and ice cream.

Friday: Baked pollack, tartar sauce, coleslaw, squash, bread, banana.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

Monday: Meatloaf, corn and red peppers, mashed potatoes with gravy, peaches, bread.

Tuesday: Tuna salad, potato soup, salad bar, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Pot roast with carrots, celery and onions, applesauce, biscuit, ice cream.

Thursday: Baked chicken, potato wedges, peas and baby carrots, apricots, bread.

Friday: Breaded shrimp plate, fries, coleslaw, pears in Jell-O, dinner roll.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Hamburger casserole, Chinese chicken salad, fruit with cottage cheese, bread pudding, soup.

Tuesday: San Francisco pork chops, steamed rice, frozen broccoli, peach half, fruit dish, soup.

Wednesday: California casserole, corn, beet salad, fruit pie, soup.

Thursday: Spaghetti, mixed veggies, garden fresh salad, fruit, garlic bread, cook's choice dessert, soup.

Friday: Dinner, 5-5:30 p.m. Fancy ham, potato salad, deviled eggs, baked beans, dinner roll, strawberry shortcake.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:

Monday: Cheese ravioli with meat sauce, Caesar salad, garlic bread, apple crisp.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, peaches, corn, bread.

Wednesday: Chicken enchilada casserole, carrots, refried beans, fruit cocktail.

Thursday: Barbecued rib sandwich, potato wedges, apricots, broccoli with cheese, peach crisp.

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, corn, minestrone soup, fruit cup, bread.
