Doris Blandino-Kelly has been promoted to project estimator at Clark & Sullivan.
She has been with the company for three years, most recently serving as a project manager and as a project engineer on the $56 million Reno-Sparks Convention Center and Visitors Authority project.
She was also the project manager for the Lear Theater Phase 2 and assistant project manager for the Washoe Medical Center Emergency Department.
In her new position, Blandino-Kelly will be responsible for reading all specifications and drawings to develop a bidding strategy for potential new projects, as well as pricing and organizing all bid day activities.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
She is also a 2003 recipient of the Women of Achievement award awarded by the Nevada Women's Fund.
