Lindell has joined Matrix Engineering & Consulting, Inc.
as director of planning and development.
Lindell has more than 25 years of experience in land use planning, property acquisition and community development.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in urban studies from the University of California, Davis, and a master's degree in city and regional planning from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
She is a registered member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Lindell has worked in Reno since 1982 starting as the property acquisition specialist for the Airport Authority of Washoe County and moving on to associate planner for the City of Reno.
She was most recently a principal of CFA, Inc., where her projects included the Wingfield Springs residential/golf community, the new Jan Evans Juvenile Justice Facility and Washoe Medical Center South Meadows.
