A funeral for Leonard Thomas Buhl, 86, a Carson City resident for the past 15 years, will be at 11 a.m. today at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. today at FitzHenry's.
Mr. Buhl died Aug. 4, 2004, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. He was born July 20, 1918, in Minnesota to Thomas and Julia Motzko Buhl.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Minnesota.
Mr. Buhl was a carpenter and a master cabinetmaker. He was a craftsman who enjoyed making model steam engines. He was a Catholic.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian, on Feb. 12, 1995, in Carson City.
Among his survivors are his nieces Lucinda Walker of Hayward, Calif., and Sandra Hughes of Maine; and nephew, Douglas Berg of California.
Burial will be at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
