A funeral for Cody M. Tyzbir, 14, a lifetime Carson City resident, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.
Visitation will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at FitzHenry's.
Cody died Aug. 18, 2004, in Carson City. He was born Nov. 1, 1989, in Carson City, to Scott Tyzbir and Lisa Whatley.
He was going to start high school as a freshman this year. He was a very talented artist.
Among his survivors are his father and brother, Brenon, both of Carson City; mother of Knoxville, Tenn.; grandmothers Carolyn Tyzbir of Carson City and Esmeralda Elkins of Tucson, Ariz.; aunts Stacy Martinkus of Sparks, Janet Tyzbir of Carson City and Holly Tyzbir of Washoe Valley; uncles Scott Elkins of Sparks, Mark Tyzbir of Carson City and Warren Tyzbir of Washoe Valley; and cousins Megan, Hunter, Jack, Dalton, Logan, McKayla and Amber.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
Memorial contributions may be made to any Greater Nevada Credit Union, account 835904.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
