Kelly Paul has been hired as a project administrator in the special projects division of Q&D Construction.
She will administer tenant improvements, including renovation at the Crystal Towers Condominium at Lake Tahoe and Sharon Square Shopping Center off Robb Drive in Reno.
Paul has 12 years of construction experience, including field and office work.
