Nevada State Bank to build in Minden

Nevada State Bank plans construction of a 6,000-square-foot branch office at Highway 395 and Lucerne in Minden.

The branch is scheduled for completion in the spring.

Q&D Construction of Sparks is the general contractor for the project.

Architect is Lucchesi Galati.

The branch is designed with marble floors and cherry wood fixtures.

It will include 1,500 safe deposit boxes, three driveup teller lanes and a drive-up automatic teller machine.

The bank noted that it contracted with local contractor and landscape engineers to design the buildings entrance, a step that's encouraged by the Prosperity Program Development of the Minden municipal government.
