In early spring, the maker of Think Thin bars and other low-carb products began moving its corporate headquarters and distribution facilities to Reno from Southern California.

By December, the company was on the move again this time to Oakland.

Lizanne Falsetto, the president of Prime Health Dietary Supplements Inc., said the company decided to move from Reno because it had difficulty getting the trucking service that it needed.

"The shipments were killing us," she says.

"We gave it shot.We thought it would be a good thing, but it didn't work out."
