Tanya Kunze has been promoted to special events and entertainment manager at the Boomtown Casino and Hotel in Reno.
Under the new role, Kunze will develop, oversee and closely coordinate Boomtown's 60-plus special events yearly, including monthly jackpot winner cash drawings and off-property events.
She will also manage entertainment selection and coordination for the Can Can Theater's free entertainment.
Kunze has been with Boomtown since 1998, first as a special events representative then as a special events coordinator.
