Southwest Pavilion shopping center more commonly known as the "Pink Scolari's center has been sold for $11.45 million.
The 86,000-square-foot property in the 8100 block of South Virginia Street was sold by First Washington Realty on behalf of the California Public Employees Retirement System.
The purchasers are private investors.
Along with Scolari's Food and Drug, tenants include Talbot's and Scandia Down.
Roxanne Stevenson of Grubb & Ellis Nevada Commercial Group and Michael Federle of the Grubb & Ellis office in San Francisco represented the seller.
Grubb & Ellis will manage the property for the new owners.
