A memorial service for Brenda Sue Phillips, 55, a Carson City resident for the past 18 years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 706 E. College Parkway.
Mrs. Phillips died Feb. 15, 2004, at home. She was born Feb. 3, 1949, in Illinois to Gene and Ruby Kemp Myers.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Lake Elsinore, Calif., moving from Arkansas.
Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and being involved in her church. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Among her survivors are her mother of Salmon, Idaho; husband, Bill of Carson City; son, Larry of Woodland, Wash.; daughters Sabrina Webster of Carson City, April Harrison and Jamie Hoover of Reno, and Melissa Entz of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother Gene Myers of California; sisters Linda Guyton, Janice Bilby of Idaho and Carlene Henson of Oregon; and six grandchildren.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
