Chris Anderson has joined Mactec Engineering and Consulting as senior engineer in the water resources group for its Reno office.
Anderson has more than nine years of experience in the construction, environmental, and civil engineering field and is a registered professional civil engineer in Nevada.
He has experience with water resource management, water rights, wastewater treatment, water treatment, storage and distribution, lake water quality and restoration.
Most recently, Anderson served as the water pollution control manager for a large construction firm on a $100 million Caltrans roadway rehabilitation project in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
He also worked for the Pyramid Lake Water Resources Department and was involved in the Truckee-Carson- Pyramid Lake Water Settlement Act and other efforts relating to the Truckee River and Pyramid Lake.
