in the lease of 1,406 square feet of space located at 5190 Neil Road inside the US Bank Center to PacifiCare Health Systems.
In another transaction, Ruffin negotiated a lease renewal of 12,930 square feet of space located at 201 W.
Liberty Street to Bible, Hoy & Trachok.

Ruffin negotiated several additional office leases: 4,055 square feet of space located to The Estate Plan, Inc.
at 1140 Financial Blvd.
inside Magnolia Commerce Center; 9,311 square feet at 241 Ridge Street to Western Title Co.; 3,180 square feet located at 5335 Kietzke Lane to Panattoni Development; and 3,842 square feet also at 5335 Kietzke Lane to JBR Environmental.
Colliers represented the landlord in all four transactions.
