A 46,000-square-foot industrial and office complex in Sparks has been sold.
The property at 525 and 565 E.
Glendale was purchased by the Byron K Herndon Trust.
The seller was the Hara-Healy Partnership, said Gary Baker, president of Lee & Associates, which represented both sides in the transaction.
Baker said the property was offered for sale at $2.2 million.

Paper, a retailer and wholesaler of business paper products, has been a tenant of the property for 24 years and will continue.
A new tenant is Great Lakes Case & Cabinet Co.
