A service for Larry K. Miller, 66, a Carson City resident for the past 34 years, will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mr. Miller died Jan. 8, 2004, in Carson City. He was born Sept. 7, 1937, in Wayland, Iowa, to Woodrow and Winona McGuire Miller.
He graduated from high school in Southern California.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Los Angeles for many years.
Mr. Miller was a senior manufacturing engineer for International Game Technology in Reno for 26 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Carson City.
He was preceded in death by his wife Diana in 2001 and his father and father-in-law.
Among his survivors are his sons Thomas and Kirk and daughters Dawn Umphries, Lori Miller and Jody Miller, all of Carson City, and Brenda Hardgrave of California; mother, of Carson City; sister, Sheryl Lyons of California; and grandchildren Trevor, Sean and Cameron.
Cremation will be at Walton's Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
