Margaret S.

Cleary has been hired as chief executive officer of Northern Nevada Medical Center.

Cleary has more than 20 years of hospital, medical practice and managed care administrative experience in major markets including Minneapolis, San Diego, Denver and Sacramento.

She most recently was president of Woodland Healthcare of Woodland, Calif., a 115-bed hospital member of the Catholic Healthcare West organization.

Cleary earned an MBA from the College of Saint Thomas, Saint Paul, and an MHA from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

She received her BA from Colgate University, Hamilton, NY.

Cleary serves on the alumni board of trustees of the University of Minnesota Program in Hospital Administration and on the board of Families First in Sacramento.
