A memorial Mass for Helen L. Freim, 85, a Zephyr Cove resident for the past 15 years, will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Our Lady of Tahoe Catholic Church, West Hill Point Road in Roundhill Village.
Mrs. Freim died May 31, 2004, in Carson City.
She was born June 27, 1918, in Napa, Calif., to Richard and Cleo Fhrenfried Gitchell.
She attended high school in the California Bay area.
Before moving to Zephyr Cove, she lived in the Bay area.
Mrs. Freim was office secretary for the railroad. She was a member of Our Lady of Tahoe Women's Guild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin on Aug. 8, 2001, in Carson City.
Among her survivors is a cousin, Jack Heath, of California.
