Infant girl found safe; kidnapping suspect sought

Police are looking for a Carson City man suspected of abducting an 11-month-old baby girl after allegedly battering her mother.

Alejandro Lozano-Lozano is described as a Hispanic male, 35 years old, with brown eyes and black hair weighing 5-feet 8-inches 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white sleeveless shirt, black trousers and black leather shoes at Jimboy's Tacos at 2109 Highway 50 East about 11:15 a.m.

Lozano-Lozano is believed to be driving a dark blue and silver 1987 Ford Bronco with Nevada license plate 571PUC.

The infant, was picked up at the Quik Stop on Hot Springs Road at about 2:45 p.m., but authorities are still searching for Lozano-Lozano.

Isabell Marie Brown, is described as an 11-month-old light-skinned Hispanic female, wearing dark blue/light blue silk pajama top, white sandals, two yellow gold hoop earrings in each ear, a yellow gold chain with pendant that reads "Me," and gold bracelets and was unharmed when released.
