Dan Ivens has been named director of transportation operations for Ozburn- Hessey Logistics.
He will be responsible for managing OHL's national managed transportation program, which is based in Sparks.
Ivens previously led OHL in the assessment and implementation of transportation management software.
Prior to that assignment, he worked in business development, information technology, and operations implementations for Nashvillebased Ozburn-Hessey Logistics.
