Pro-Line Printing leased a 148,319- square-foot building located at 365 Parr Circle.
The company based in Pineville, N.C., prints newspaper advertising supplements.
The plant will employ about 60 persons with an average wage of $18.25 an hour, the company said when it sought incentives from the Nevada Commission on Economic Development.
Pro-Line was represented by CB Richard Ellis; Colliers International represented the landlord in the transaction.
