A service for Evelyn May Yeater, 62, a Carson City resident for the past two years, will be at 12:30 p.m. May 12 at the First United Methodist Church in Weirton, W.Va.
Mrs. Yeater died April 30, 2004, at home. She was born Jan. 18, 1942, in Colliers, W.Va., to Frank and Grace Christner.
Mrs. Yeater was a bookkeeper.
Among her survivors are her children Stephen G. Yeater and Glenna Hammond, both of Dayton, Debbie Yeater of Smithfield, Ohio, and Cindy Sutherin Leist of Fairborn, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial will be at the Union Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Hospice.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
