Christopher Coley has been named general counsel and executive vice president at The Holder Hospitality Group in Sparks.
He will be responsible for management of all legal matters relating to the company.
Coley joins Holder from Bally Gaming Inc., where he was counsel to its Sierra Design Group business unit.
From 1999 to 2002 he was general counsel for Serrot International Inc..
and prior to that, was with Lionel Sawyer & Collins for five years.
He is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law and received a master's degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
