Clark & Sullivan wins UNR, TMCC contract

Clark & Sullivan Constructors has been awarded a contract to build the first two facilities on the new Redfield Campus located on Mount Rose Highway in Reno.

The project will include a University of Nevada, Reno building along with a Truckee Meadows Community College High Tech Center.

The UNR building will be a 54,000- square-foot, two-story building with structural steel and brick veneer.

The construction of this building is estimated at $6,771,965.Worth Group Architects is the architect on this part of the project.

The TMCC High Tech center will be a 34,000-square-foot, single-story building with a masonry exterior.

Construction costs for this building are estimated at $4,679,619.

The architect on the TMCC center is Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects.

The project manager for both projects is Terrence Spampanato, and the project superintendent is Danny Dockter.

The projects are scheduled for completion in January.
