Construction is set to begin on the next three buildings in Sandhill Business Campus in south Reno.

The first phase 46,000 square feet is entirely sold or in escrow, and sales have begun on the second phase.

Sandhill Business Campus, which is developed by a subsidiary of Tanamera Resort Partners LLC, is part of the 150-acre Reno Corporate Center.

That's a master-planned business park along the east side of Longley Lane from South McCarran Boulevard past Double R Boulevard.

The three buildings in the second phase of the project will encompass about 59,000 square feet, said Brett Seabert, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Tanamera.

Sandhill Business Campus is developed as flex space a combination of offices with industrial and warehouse space in the back of each unit.

When the project is complete, it will contain about 162,000 square feet on 15 acres.

It's located north of Double R and east of Longley Lane.

Plans call for the construction of eight buildings in Sandhill Business Campus.

Individual spaces in the project range from about 1,400 square feet to about 18,000 square feet.

Tanamera Development LLC is the manager of the property.

The entire Reno Corporate Center project, meanwhile, will include retail, light industrial and warehouse space in addition to the flex buildings at Sandhill Business Campus.
