Robert "Bob" Lincoln, 70, a Gardnerville Ranchos resident for the past 21 years, died Oct. 28, 2004, at home. He was born Dec. 22, 1933, in Sacramento to Roy and Mildred Buel Lincoln.
Before moving to Gardnerville, he lived in Tahoe Paradise.
Mr. Lincoln retired from the El Dorado County Department of Transportation at Tahoe in 1996.
He served in the U.S. Navy for four years during the Korean War.
Among his survivors are his wife, Jill of Gardnerville; his children by his first wife Jean: Michelle and Steven Lincoln of South Lake Tahoe; stepdaughter and husband, Carie and Rockwell Hale of Hidden Valley Lakes, Calif.; stepson, Perry Potter of Hayfork, Calif.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Nevada.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
