The price tag on the Truckee River Office building in downtown Reno has been raised to $21 million.
Originally, the building at 300 E.
Second St.was listed at $19 million.
Broker Todd Blonsley of Marcus & Millichap said the upward revision reflects higher rents paid by some tenants and a new lease signed by the Washoe County government.
