In leases negotiated by Collier's International broker Kelly Bland, Gold's Gym Fitness Centers indicated its plans to open two Reno locations, signing leases for 33,631 square feet at both Longley Town Center at the intersection of Longley and McCarran Blvd and at the Sparks Galleria on Galleria Parkway.
