has hired Arlo Stockham as a principal planner.
Stockham joined CFA from the City of Reno where he was a senior planner.
His duties with the city included regional planning,master planning, neighborhood planning, development review, ordinance preparation, inter-governmental coordination, and staff supervision.
Stockham graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a bachelor's degree in geography.
He's been involved in the planning field for over 10 years and previously worked for the Truckee Meadows Planning Agency, a private consulting firm in Wisconsin, and the US Forest Service..
