Justice Center topped off

Clark & Sullivan Constructors last week celebrated topping-off of the Mills B.

Lane Justice Center project at 195 S.

Sierra St.

The celebrations are traditional when the last steel beam is hoisted into place.

The eight-story, 160,000-square-foot building is the first high-rise to be built in downtown Reno in more than five years.

The project budget is $36 million.

Completion is scheduled for December.

The architect is Tate Snyder Kimsey.
