Andy Breen has been promoted by Q&D Construction to project engineer at the Summit Sierra Shopping Center, a 600,000- square-foot outdoor lifestyle center under construction near the junction of Highway 395 and Mount Rose Highway.
Breen joined Q&D in 2003 as a project administrator in charge of document control at Damonte Ranch High School.
