A celebration of life for Larry E. Dick, 62, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, will be from 1-5 p.m. Jan. 14, at the family residence, 2407 Lewis Drive, Carson City.
Mr. Dick died Dec. 8, 2005, at his home. He was born Aug. 4, 1943, in Dallas, Ore., to John and Lillian Dick.
He married Beverly Watson in March 1962, in Salem, Ore.
Mr. Dick worked for Sierra Control Systems Inc. in Carson City for 15 years as an electronic test technician. He enjoyed fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Among his survivors are his wife of 43 years of Carson City; daughter and boyfriend Shelley Montgomery and Ron Koon of San Francisco, Calif.; son and girlfriend Duane Dick and Lisa Dorr and her daughter, Frances, all of Palm Springs, Calif.; grandchildren Shelbie, Sterlng, Shelsea and Skylere Montgomery, all of Bend, Ore., and Shylohe Montgomery of San Francisco; and brothers and sisters-in-law Donald and Marg Dick of Portland, Ore., John and Venita Dick of Bend and Kenneth and Jennie Dick of Crestwell, Ore. and one great-grandchild.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
