William Miller Pringle, 77, a Dayton resident for the past three years, died Nov. 29, 2005, at his home.
He was born March 27, 1928, in Columbus, Ohio, to Miller Huffman and Elsie Pringle.
He received an associate's of arts degree.
He married Nancy Lou Pringle in June 1951 in Columbus.
Before moving to Dayton, he lived in Grass Valley, Calif.
Mr. Pringle was a welding lab technician.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his wife April 11, 2005, in Dayton; sister Mabel Jane Judson and brother, Robert.
Among his survivors are his daughter Gayleen Pringle of Antelope, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law Kathleen and Douglas Damon of Dayton; sisters Marilyn Root of Ohio and Ann Gliechner of California; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A private memorial will be held.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
