Chris Andrews has been named director of operations for northern Nevada for Leroy's Horse & Sports Place Inc.
Andrews previously worked two years as vice president of race and sports operations at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Prior to his work at the Golden Nugget, Andrews was vice president of race and sports operations for the Club Cal Neva in Reno for 22 years.
He began his career in the race and sports industry at the Stardust Hotel & Casino and the Barbary Coast Hotel & Casino.
Andrews holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
