Colonial Bank community leadership positions

Cindy Buchanan,Nick Butler and Kris Hansen of Colonial Bank Nevada have been appointed to commuity leadership positions.

Cindy Buchanan, senior vice president of commercial lending, is business leadership council chairwoman for the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, chairwoman of the Leadership Reno-Sparks program, and is on the alumni council for UNR.

Nick Butler, assistant vice president for commercial lending,was appointed to the College of Business Administration Alumni Association board of directors.

Butler participates in the EDAWN State and Local Government Committee and the Business Builders Committee, serves on the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Housing Corporation, and is a founding member of the Northern Nevada Association of Young Professionals.

Kris Hansen, branch sales supervisor at the Fallon branch, was named chairman for the Fallon Chamber of Commerce.He volunteers as a member of the Churchill County Search and Rescue.
