Q&D Construction began construction last week on Lakeside Professional Center, a 14,000-square-foot garden office park at 3705 Lakeside Dr.
The project, developed by State Farm Insurance agent Don Chang, is set for completion in July 2005.
Office spaces available for lease range from 1,700 square feet to 12,000 square feet.
Lakeside Professional Center will include koi ponds, waterfalls, barbecue and picnic areas and an executive putting green.
Carlin Williams Architects designed the three single-story garden office buildings.
