Dennis Harms has been hired as construction lending manager for the Parklane office of Colonial Bank.
He will originate loans for acquisition, development and construction of residential and commercial projects.
Harms, who received a bachelor's degree in fish and wildlife management from Montana State University, has more than 24 years of experience in the banking industry.
Prior to joining Colonial, he worked as a senior vice president of construction lending with another bank in the region.
