Battle Mountain Gold Exploration Corp.
says it dismissed Morgan & Co., its auditor, and hired Chisholm Bierwolf & Nilson LLC for the fiscal year ended July 31.
The publicly held company based in Reno said Morgan & Co.
served as its auditor since the company's inception in 2001.
Battle Mountain Gold Exploration said the change wasn't the result of any disagreement.
