Bob Pence of Capital Wholesale Electric in Carson City was recognized as Nevada's associate member of the year by the National Association of Home Builders.
Pence, a member of the board of the Builders Association ofWestern Nevada,was the 2003 Associate of the Year for BAWN and serves on the Associates Council of the national group.
