Lisa Forsman, vice president of operations for Pezonella Associates of Reno, has been installed as chairman of the National Association of Home Builders Women's Council.
Forsman has been involved in the Builders Association of Northern Nevada Women's Council for more than 11 years.
The council helps women enhance their professional role in the building industry.
Teri Karlsson Teri Karlsson of Coldwell Banker Best Sellers in Carson City has been named 2005 president of the Northern Nevada Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Karlsson has been a member of the Sierra Nevada Board of Realtors in Carson City for 15 years.He has held numerous committee assignments with the board and most recently served as MLS chairperson.
