Dennis Ross has joined Q&D Construction of Sparks as project manager for the Summit Sierra Shopping Center.
Ross has 25 years of construction experience,working as a quality control manager, superintendent and estimator.
He has an associate's degree in construction management.He is certified as a project planner through Primavera software, as a quality-control manager through the U.S.
Army Corp of Engineers and as a construction safety trainer through OSHA.
