A mixed-use business and commercial center at the corner of Old Como and Dayton Valley Road is set to open next spring.
Fourteen stand-along buildings set on nearly four acres will offer 35,000 square feet of office space for sale or lease at 550 to 10,000 square feet each, says John Uhart, leasing agent at John Uhart Commercial Real Estate Services.
Eight of the units are in escrow, with tenants to offer insurance, mortgage lending, medical services and restaurants.
The center's developer hopes to recruit video, bakery, sandwich and sports bar tenants for the remaining six buildings, says Uhart.
Design and engineering is by Blakely Johnson and Ghusn, Inc., based in Reno.
Construction is by M&K Builders, based in Gardnerville.
